- Clean reachable and ground level windows, sills and tracks. No ladders
- Detail vacuum floors, edges and corners, then mop hard floors
- Second pass on horizontal surfaces once the settled dust has been removed
How post construction work is scheduled
- Book it once the trades are finished. Cleaning before the last sanding or painting pass means cleaning twice.
- Water and power need to be on.
- Construction debris and material removal is the contractor's job, not part of the cleaning.
- We quote after seeing the space, because dust load varies far more than square footage does.

What we do not do

Post Construction Cleaning questions
When should a post construction cleaning be scheduled?
After the trades are done. Sanding, painting and trim work all put dust back into the air, so a clean done before they finish has to be repeated.
What does a deep cleaning add?
A deep cleaning includes everything in a standard cleaning, then adds baseboards, doors and frames, light switches and outlets, blinds, ceiling fans and light fixtures, reachable windows and sills, inside the oven and refrigerator, behind and under the stove and refrigerator, the range hood and filter, tile and grout scrubbing, soap scum and mineral buildup removal, moving accessible furniture to clean underneath, and vacuuming and mopping floor edges.
Is there anything you will not clean?
Yes. We do not climb ladders to clean windows, so ground level and reachable windows only. We do not do landscaping or yard work, and we do not clean up bodily fluids or biohazard.
