Estimates and scope

Estimates are free and are based on a walkthrough, in person or by video. Every job has a written scope listing what is included and what is not. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before we do it, never added to an invoice afterwards.

The limits published on each service page apply to every job unless your written scope says otherwise. We do not climb ladders to clean windows, so ground level and reachable windows only. We do not do landscaping or yard work, and we do not clean up bodily fluids or biohazard.

Scheduling and access

We agree an arrival window rather than an exact minute, because traffic and the condition of the job before yours both move. You choose how we enter: you are home, a door or garage code, a lockbox, or a key we hold.

If we cannot get in, we will call and text you from the driveway before moving on to the next stop. A visit we cannot access may be treated as a late cancellation.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Let us know as early as you can if you need to move or cancel a visit, and we will find another slot. Weather on the Front Range can close roads with little notice. If we have to move a visit for safety we will offer the next available slot and never charge for our own cancellation.

Pricing and payment

Pricing is set in your written estimate, together with the add-on prices published on this site. Payment terms are confirmed with the owners before the first visit.

If something is wrong

Tell us. Call or text 719-491-5199 and describe what was missed. You are speaking to the owners, and we would rather come back and put it right than argue about it.

Damage, breakage and liability

Registered, bonded and insured. If we break something, we report it the same day rather than waiting for you to notice, and our bonding and liability coverage stands behind the work.

We photograph pre-existing damage before starting a deep, move out or turnover clean. Items that are already loose, cracked, unstable or antique should be pointed out at the walkthrough so we can leave them alone.

Your responsibilities

Please secure pets that are uneasy with strangers, keep power and running water on for the visit, and tell us about anything hazardous in the space. For move-out cleans the home needs to be emptied for the scope to be reachable.

Our people

The 3musket Cleaners is owner operated. The owners are responsible for who works in your property and are reachable directly at 719-491-5199.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and disputes are handled in El Paso County, Colorado.
