What we collect

When you submit the estimate form we collect the name you give us, your phone number or email address, how you would prefer to be contacted, the service you are interested in, whether the property is a home or a business, and anything you type into the message box. When you call or text us, we keep the phone number and notes from the conversation.

We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, alarm codes or door codes through this website. Access details are arranged directly once service is scheduled.

Why we collect it

We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your request, prepare an estimate, and schedule and perform the cleaning you asked for. We may follow up once or twice if we cannot reach you.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it with lead brokers or advertisers.

Who can see it

Form submissions are stored in a private database that only the owners of The 3musket Cleaners, LLC can read. The crew assigned to your property sees the details needed to do the work, meaning the address, the access method and the scope, and nothing else.

Service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host and the database that stores estimate requests, process this information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Calls, texts and consent

Submitting the estimate form or texting us means you agree that we may reply by the method you chose. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Reply STOP to any text from us to stop receiving texts, and we will contact you by phone or email instead.

Photos taken during service

For move-out cleans and short-term rental turnovers we photograph the condition of the property so there is a dated record for you. Those photos are used for that purpose only. We do not publish photos of a client property without written permission, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

How long we keep it

Estimate requests that do not become customers are kept so we can recognise you if you come back, and are removed whenever you ask us to remove them.

Website analytics and cookies

We do not run advertising pixels on this site, and we do not sell or share browsing data. This site does not require you to accept cookies in order to browse it or to send the estimate form.

Children

This website is intended for adults arranging cleaning services. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@the3musketcleaners.com or call 719-491-5199 and we will handle it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
