Before we arrive
- The home should be empty, or as close to empty as possible. Furniture and boxes block the surfaces this clean exists to reach.
- Water and power need to be on. Without them we cannot mop, scrub or vacuum.
- Tell us your closing or turnover date and we will schedule around it.
- Damage from moving furniture is a repair, not a cleaning item, and we will point it out rather than leave it.

What we do not do
We would rather say this up front than leave you comparing our estimate against a scope that was never the same.
- We do not climb ladders to clean windows. Ground level and reachable windows only.
- No landscaping or yard work.
- No cleanup of bodily fluids or biohazard.
- Trash out, hauling furniture, or removing items left behind by the previous occupant
- Patching nail holes, touch up paint or repairs

Do you clean inside cabinets and appliances on a move out cleaning?
Yes. Cabinet, drawer and closet interiors, plus inside the oven, refrigerator and microwave, are all included on a move in or move out cleaning.
Does the home need to be empty?
Yes, or as close to empty as possible. If a few large items cannot move, tell us in advance and we will note them.
What is included in a standard cleaning?
A standard cleaning covers the general areas, the kitchen, the bathrooms and the living room and bedrooms on every visit: dusting and wiping accessible surfaces, sanitizing counters, sinks, toilets, showers and tubs, cleaning the microwave and stovetop, wiping the refrigerator exterior, emptying trash, making beds, and vacuuming, sweeping and mopping the floors.
Is there anything you will not clean?
Yes. We do not climb ladders to clean windows, so ground level and reachable windows only. We do not do landscaping or yard work, and we do not clean up bodily fluids or biohazard.
