What belongs on an Airbnb turnover checklist?

A short-term rental turnover checklist needs three things a standard house clean does not include: a full linen change using the linens the owner supplies, consumable restocking counted against a par level, and photo-documented damage reporting sent before the next guest checks in.
Linens
We strip and replace every bed and bath linen at each turnover rather than spot-checking them, because a guest-facing unit cannot be judged by appearance alone. The owner supplies the linens, and hosts who keep two full sets per bed get same day turnovers reliably.
Restocking to a par level
Restocking works when each consumable has a written par level for example four toilet paper rolls per bathroom, two paper towel rolls, eight coffee pods, one dish soap. We count to that number every visit and note what we pulled from the owner closet.
Damage reporting with photos
Every turnover ends with photos of any damage, stain, missing item or maintenance issue, timestamped and sent to the host the same day. That record is what supports a platform claim, and it is far more useful than a note after the fact.
Same-day timing
Most platforms leave a four to five hour gap between an 11am checkout and a 3pm check-in. A two-bedroom unit fits comfortably inside that window when linens are stocked, the owner closet is organized, and the cleaner has door-code access rather than a key handoff.
